Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene strips are intact and tags are still attached to the garments.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
